Young Woman Engineer of the Year Awards criteria

She should be an inspiration and role model to her colleagues and have the passion and personality to inspire others to follow in her footsteps.

 The award winner will receive prize money of £2,500.

Professional commitment: evidence showing commitment to a medium-term project or role and a clear drive and ambition to continue developing and enhancing knowledge and skills.
