Competency Essential Desirable

Acts as a role model in championing gender diversity.

 

Builds a culture of inclusion by demonstrating an understanding of potential barriers to progression and implements tactics/policies to address those issues.

  
 

Has implemented strategies to attract and retain women in engineering.
